President of the Belgian Open - Head of Partnerships & VIP

Baudouin has chaired the Belgian Open for many years, convinced that this tournament belongs among the major wheelchair tennis events in Europe. He manages relationships with partners and VIP guests, forging alliances that enable the event to grow with each edition. His knowledge of Belgium’s nonprofit and sports communities is a major asset for the tournament’s future.

Roland De Meersman

Tournament Director - Vice President of the Belgian Open

As a wheelchair tennis coach and vice president of the tournament, he oversees the sporting operations and ensures compliance with ITF circuit requirements. His technical expertise and passion for wheelchair tennis are central to the Belgian Open’s international reputation.

Laurence Ladrière

President of TC Enghien (BO's host club) - BO Partnerships/Sponsors & VIP Manager

Laurence represents the Enghien Tennis Club on the Belgian Open committee, serving as the natural link between the host club and the tournament. She helps welcome partners and VIPs, ensuring that every visitor leaves with the best possible impression of the event. Her strong local ties and her year-round involvement in wheelchair tennis make her a valuable ambassador for the Belgian Open.

Cyril Goblet

Treasurer

Cyril ensures the financial stability of the Belgian Open with rigor and discretion. He oversees budget management, monitors cash flow, and handles accounting-related matters with institutional partners. Thanks to his work, the organization has a clear understanding of its resources, allowing it to prepare for each edition under the best possible conditions.

Vincent Jadot

Communications Manager

Vincent oversees communications for the Belgian Open with the goal of raising the tournament’s profile far beyond the world of wheelchair tennis. He coordinates the tournament’s digital presence, media relations, and content production, which together shape the Belgian Open’s visual and editorial identity. He sincerely believes that wheelchair tennis—and the Belgian Open along with it—deserves to be known far beyond those who are already familiar with it, and he is working hard to prove it.

Communications and Events Manager

Antoine serves as the link between communications and the reality on the ground during the tournament. He helps implement promotional initiatives and ensures that the on-site experience lives up to the Belgian Open’s promises. Human Resources Manager - Events

Laurent coordinates the team of people involved in the tournament: volunteers, staff, and outside contributors. Xavier Ruelle

Logistics Manager

Xavier ensures that every edition of the Belgian Open runs smoothly, from behind the scenes to the courts. He coordinates all logistical aspects of the tournament: infrastructure, equipment, and crowd flow on site. His organizational skills and experience are the backbone of the event. Nothing is visible, because everything runs like clockwork.
